Single Account Policy

- If an event starts after its scheduled time, the bet remains valid.
- If a bet is cancelled in live betting due to a technical issue, a full refund will be issued.

- Attempting to manipulate the bonus system

Inactive Account Policy
Any account with no login or transaction activity for 12 months or more will be marked as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts, but only until the balance reaches zero.
